When the training is finished the delegates can easily continue their development via our optional e-learning platform. This holds all of the course material, hand outs, slide shows and reference materials. It is also a virtual class room environment, where the delegates can contact each other and form discussion forums to share ideas and experiences. Via the platform you are able to set assignments and collect feedback via surveys. These surveys can be created using the tools on the platform. It is also a great place for reflection and evaluation with managers and mentors. .
