What is the glue?
The academy program benefits from our holistic approach to training. We ensure that after each key learning phase we always reflect on and evaluate the material, the group, the person and the learning experience, and the outcomes are recorded in personal log books and development plans. We are also able to offer an E-learing platform. This holds all of the course material, hand outs, slide shows and reference materials. It is also a virtual class room environment, where the delegates can contact each other and form discussion forums to share ideas and experiences. Via the platform you are able to set assignments and collect feedback via surveys. These surveys can be created using the tools on the platform. It is also a great place for reflection and evaluation with managers and mentors. It gives the academy training experience a vehicle that allows for continual development across the entire business. We can also offer professional coaching between the training modules. This can be carried out via the phone, over the web or face to face. It provides a great sounding board for the future leaders to explore their ideas and questions further. It gives them another source of input and an external view to compliment their internal mentors.
