Take time to step out and look within
At Training International we don’t just run boot camps for adults, each activity has a specific purpose that is tailored to your needs. We believe that practice makes perfect and we aim to provide an environment that is just as challenging as the work place itself, but with flexibility and time for experimentation with the tools on hand. We also make time for reflection feedback and evaluation. To ensure nothing is lost we provide log books and development plans for each delegate to complete and take back into the work place. The group helps itself by building trust and empathy and providing constructive feedback to each other during the experience. We do not just make up arbitrary case studies unless that is your wish. We always try to base the cases on real work experiences.
One or more days
Training International offers outdoor programs from 1 day to several days they can be off the shelf or tailored to your specific needs. Common to all activities is that they develop both the personal and corporate skill sets and are physically and mentally challenging. Having said that you will finish mentally energised and refreshed ready for the challenges ahead once back at work.
